Return/ Exchange Policy

At Arch Fitness, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. You have a period of 7 days from the purchase date to return any unused item. It’s important that you retain the original packaging and keep the product in brand-new condition. Be aware that any signs of use or wear and tear will disqualify the item from being eligible for a refund. Before issuing a refund, we’ll closely examine the item to confirm that it’s in perfect condition. Please understand there is a 20% restocking fee for all items returned.

In addition to the return option Arch Fitness offers a generous 30 day exchange program. The product may be exchanged for other items or store credit as long as it has retained its brand-new condition.  Be aware that any signs of use or wear and tear will disqualify the item from the exchange program as well. As long as the product is returned with its original packaging the purchase cost will be completely exchanged. If the packaging is damaged, unusable, or not present; a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Bear in mind that, unless there was a shipping error, you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item. Furthermore, any shipping fees (both to and from our store) incurred during the order won’t be refunded and will be subtracted from your total refund amount.

If you happen to receive a faulty product, don’t worry – Arch Fitness will gladly replace it and cover the return shipping cost. Just make sure you report the defect within 15 days of receiving the item. To confirm the defect, we’ll ask you to provide clear photographs that illustrate the issue. If you drop or throw your dumbbells or plates during use, the faulty/defect policy is voided.

We reserve the right to initially attempt fixing or replacing any damaged or defective products, rather than providing a direct replacement. If we’re unable to repair the item, a replacement will be provided.

Scratch and dent

Occasionally, we might have items from other vendors, products with minor damages, or products that are available at a reduced price. In such cases, all purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and no warranties are provided for these items. From time to time, we may offer products with slight imperfections or out-of-stock items at discounted prices. Please note that all sales for such products are final, and no warranty coverage is applicable.
