Shipping & Payment Policies

Arch Fitness provides shipping services to 48 out of the 50 states in the US (except for Alaska and Hawaii). We use various shipping carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight carriers, to deliver our products.

Please note that Arch Fitness cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Generally, transit times for ground shipping range between 2 and 5 days once the carrier receives the product, while freight shipping may take 3 to 10 days, or potentially longer. We do our best to ship orders the following business day, but during peak periods, like the holiday season, delays may occur.

In cases where an order is canceled after shipment, customers will be responsible for covering the full shipping costs incurred by Arch Fitness. No exceptions will be made in this regard. If a package is returned due to reasons such as an incorrect or insufficient address, package abandonment, failure to reach the customer, or refusal of the package, the customer will be charged for the initial shipping costs. Additionally, customers are liable for the costs of returning the shipment to us and any storage fees resulting from unresponsiveness. These charges will be deducted from the amount originally paid by the buyer, and will not be reimbursed.

At times, the products we offer can be quite sizable and hefty, necessitating the use of freight shipping services. In most cases, orders weighing less than 500 pounds will be delivered via FedEx or UPS. For orders with larger weights, we opt to employ the services of a dedicated freight provider.

Shipping Procedures for Freight

For LTL (Less than Truckload) freight shipments, our standard delivery procedure is curbside with a required signature upon receipt. The freight will be left on the driveway or at the curbside by the LTL carrier. Keep in mind that the driver has no responsibility to move or help you with relocating the shipment; their sole duty is to unload the freight from the vehicle and place it at street level.

Despite our utmost efforts to securely package all shipments, unexpected incidents during transit may cause straps or wrapping to break or become damaged. However, you can be confident that our dedicated customer service team is prepared to work closely with you to resolve any issues that arise.

Received Shipments with Visible Damages

In case you discover any damages in your delivered package, kindly inform Arch Fitness within a 15-day window. It is essential to attach relevant photographs and a comprehensive description of the damages. Delayed reports might lead to postponement of your claim processing.

Uncovering Damages Post-Unpacking

Sometimes, damages might not be visible until you unpack your shipment. In such a situation, please reach out to Arch Fitness within 15 days of receiving the package. Don’t forget to attach images and elaborate on the damages in detail. Not complying with the deadline might result in claim delays.

Incomplete Shipments with Missing Items

Should you find any items missing from your delivered package, make sure to notify Arch Fitness within 15 days. Neglecting to do so can negatively impact your claim.

Non-Received Shipments

If your package appears to be missing or cannot be located, immediately get in touch with our customer service team via phone or email. We will promptly provide you with an updated delivery date, which may take anywhere between 3 to 7 days.

Reporting Missing Parts or Items

Please report any missing parts or items within 15 days to Arch Fitness to ensure a smooth claim process.
