At Arch Fitness, we offer limited warranties for all our products. The warranty details, including duration and coverage, for each product can be found on their respective product pages on our Website. Warranties apply only to material and workmanship defects and do not extend to regular wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by incorrect installation or maintenance. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more information.
WARRANTY
Arch Fitness stands behind the quality of its products, offering a warranty against
defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of the invoice, unless
otherwise specified on the product page or listed below. We commit to resolving any
issues by repairing, replacing parts, or providing a partial refund or exchange, as
deemed appropriate by our team. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser
and is non-transferable.
Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to covering the cost of replacement
part(s) required to restore the product to its original functionality.
Please note that Arch Fitness is not liable for any labor costs, fees, or taxes associated
with the removal, transportation, or re-installation of a covered part.
This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or
negligence on the buyer’s part. Examples of negligence not covered under the Arch
Fitness warranty include, but are not limited to:
Assembling incorrectly
Exceeding the product’s maximum weight capacity
Unauthorized modifications or alterations
Inadequate or improper maintenance
Storing incorrectly
Outdoor storage or usage
Use of the product for purposes other than its intended use.
Throwing or dropping of Dumbbells, rubber bumper plates, and barbells
Arch Fitness Commercial Line Warranty
The following pertains to products within our commercial line. Only the listed items are
designated as “Commercial Line” products and are subject to the following warranty
guidelines:
1. Hack squat
2. Adjustable Incline and Decline Benches
3. Flat Bench
4. 4 Post Rack
5. 6 Post Rack
6. Half Rack
7. Foldable Wall Rack
8. Men’s Ceramic Barbell *
9. Women’s Ceramic Barbell *
10. Ceramic Curl bar *
11. Competition Plates *
12. Barbell Rack
13. Hex Dumbbells *
14. Hi Temp Crumb Plates *
15. Dip Bar
16. Multigrip Pullup Bar
17. Speed Bag
18. High and Low Premium Pull Bar
The warranty terms and time frame are as follows:
1. Frame: 12 Months
2. Upholstery: 3 months
3. Hardware/Mechanical: 6 months
4. Cables: 6 months
5. Grips: 6 months
6. Bearings: 6 months
7. Pulleys: 1 year
8. Rods: 1 year
This warranty does not extend to products used by a commercial gym with paid
membership. Commercial gyms are covered with the following stipulations:
1. Frame: 1 year
2. Upholstery: 3 months
3. Hardware/Mechanical: 6 months
4. Cables: 6 months
5. Grips: 6 months
6. Bearings: 6 months
7. Pulleys: 1 year
8. Rods: 1 year
* Dumbbells, Barbells, and Plates are voided from the warranty if they are
thrown or dropped.
Arch Fitness Light Commercial Line Warranty
The following pertains to products within our “Light” commercial line. Only the
listed items are designated as “Light Commercial Line” products and are subject
to the following warranty guidelines:
1. T-Row
2. Functional Trainer
3. Stainless Steel Barbell
4. Leg Curl & Extension Combo
5. Medicine Balls
6. Slam Balls
7. Slam Ball Racks
8. Medicine Ball Racks
9. Plate Racks
10. Dumbbell Racks
11. Colored Bumper Plates
12. Black Rubber Bumper Plates
13. All additional accessories including but not limited to: gaiter ankle straps, D
shaped rings, tricep pull rope, rotatable handle, and all others found in the
accessory tab not listed above.
The warranty terms and time frame are as follows:
9. Frame: 1 year
10. Upholstery: 3 months
11. Hardware/Mechanical: 6 months
12. Cables: 6 months
13. Grips: 6 months
14. Bearings: 6 months
15. Pulleys: 1 year
16. Rods: 1 year
This warranty does not extend to products used by a commercial gym with paid
membership.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team and provide the
original order number or proof of purchase. Additionally, include images or videos
illustrating the issue with the item. Upon receipt of this information, we will assess the
matter and provide further instructions. Following your correspondence with Arch
Fitness customer support, you will receive an RMA number along with detailed
instructions to finalize your claim. Please note that we do not accept returns without an
Arch Fitness RMA number.
GENERAL DISCLAIMERThis warranty provides specific legal rights, and additional rights may vary from state to
state. The warranty offered by Arch Fitness is limited as outlined herein: No other
warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a specific
purpose, are made or implied.
In no circumstance shall Arch Fitness or its affiliates be liable for any special, incidental,
indirect, or consequential damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, damages
for loss of profits, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, failure to meet
any duty, negligence, and any other pecuniary or other loss) arising from or in any way
connected to the provision or failure to provide services, even if Arch Fitness has been
advised of the possibility of such damages. Arch Fitnes’s entire liability and the
customer’s exclusive remedy for all the above shall be limited to the total value of this
purchase. These limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers are applicable to the fullest
extent permitted by applicable law, even if any remedy fails in its essential purpose.
